Zinc-coated Music Spring Wire

Zinc-coated music spring wire possesses high corrosion resistance ability. Uniform zinc coating is applied to the wire prior to the final drawing operation, producing a hard surface suitable for automatic spring coiling and mechanical forming without cracking or peeling. Meets with ASTM-A-228.

This kind of spring wire has high carbon content which provides high tensile strength and hardness. Galvanized music wire are available for springs of tension, compression and torsion.
